The main difference is that Justworks PEO also includes a more robust integrated People Analytics tool within its HR software that simplifies tracking and analyzing business insights to drive data-driven business decisions and strategic planning.

Justworks PEO provides an all-in-one solution that includes payroll, HR, compliance, and access to benefits bundled into one offering and is an ideal solution for small businesses looking to hand off more HR administrative responsibilities and access robust compliance support. Through its co-employment model, our PEO takes an active role in administering benefits, automating payroll, and providing compliance support. PEO also makes sense for businesses that would like to or need to onboard and pay international workers.

Justworks Payroll is a payroll solution for small businesses with smaller teams that offers more flexibility to add integrated services as needed. For example, benefits are available as an optional add-on. Other add-on features like state account tax setup and Time Tracking can also be included for an additional cost.
